The Challenge
of the New Millennium
"Oil
will hit $300 a barrel in our lifetime."
This
prediction was made by Sandwalk's founder and principal Mr. Sean Zheng in
2005. The world's population has exponentially exploded in the last
century. Social and economic forces are raising the standard of
living across the world. There will not be enough energy, from the
existing sources, as well as many other natural resources, to meet the
needs of the world's humanity. The pressing issue of our life time
is how we will ensure the supply of energy for all humanity.
From
crisis comes responsibility and opportunity, in not only developing new
sources of energy, but also the most efficient use of the existing energy
sources. These goals call for the most capable, diligent, and professional
methods of managing energy companies. One of the most successful
companies at maintaining this high level of business performance has been
the Exxon Mobil Corporation. Sandwalk's founder and principal Mr. Sean
Zheng have spent over ten years at ExxonMobil's research, engineering,
marketing, and information technology departments, having managed large
scale projects in all major segments of the oil and gas industry, namely upstream,
downstream, and chemical.
Under
Mr. Zheng's leadership, Sandwalk consultants have consistently fulfilled
if not exceeded our clients' expectations in the engagements we undertook. We look
forward to helping you overcome your business or technology challenges in the
energy industry.
